Return Policy
- Downloadable returns form below – PRINT & FILL OUT
- Merchandise must be returned within 14days
- Return form must be included
- Items must be in their original form.
- Sale items can only be exchanged, they are not eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of alterations, misuse or damage
- Sugar and Spice does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to office@sugarandspicedesigns.co.uk before sending the item back
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
- No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchange Policy
- Merchandise must be returned to exchange within 14days
- Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange
- Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.
- Please be assured that all exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible
